Choosing a programme

Still unsure whether this is the right fit? Ask directly. A short call usually settles it faster than a brochure.

Ask a question
How do I choose the right programme?
Start from the behaviour you want to change rather than the topic title. If people are overloaded and reactive, look at the Grow stream. If managers are the bottleneck, look at Lead. If the problem is getting other departments or clients to move, look at Influence. A short call will narrow it down quickly.
Can programmes be combined into a longer pathway?
Yes, and that is often the better option. A common pattern is a core workshop, then a second programme eight to twelve weeks later once the first set of habits has settled, with one-to-one coaching running alongside for the people who need it most.
How long is each programme?
Most run as one full day in person, or as two to four shorter sessions when delivered virtually. Length is adjusted to the group and the depth required, and is confirmed in the proposal before anything is booked.
How tailored is the content?
Every programme is adapted before delivery. That means using your scenarios, your terminology and the specific situations participants are dealing with. The underlying models stay the same, but the practice material comes from your organisation.
What group size works best?
Six to fourteen participants. Below six the practice rounds lose energy, and above fourteen there is not enough airtime for everyone to be observed and get individual feedback.

Not sure which programme fits?

Describe the problem in two sentences and you will get an honest recommendation, including whether training is even the right answer.
