Grow stream: questions

Still unsure whether this is the right fit? Ask directly. A short call usually settles it faster than a brochure.

Ask a question
Who is the Grow stream for?
Individual contributors and emerging talent. Foundational skills for personal effectiveness, resilience and clear communication: the groundwork every career is built on.
Can we run more than one Grow programme?
Yes. Teams often run two programmes eight to twelve weeks apart so the first set of habits has time to settle before new material is introduced. Combined pathways are priced as one engagement.
Are these programmes delivered in person or online?
Both. In-person workshops usually run as a single day, while virtual delivery is split into shorter sessions with the exercises redesigned for video rather than simply moved onto a screen.
What happens after the workshop?
Follow-up is optional but recommended: one-to-one coaching for participants who want it, and a group check-in session several weeks later when old habits typically resurface.

Start with a 30-minute conversation

Most engagements start with a 30-minute call: what the team is struggling with, what good would look like, and whether we are the right people to help. No pitch deck.
