This policy explains what personal data Pursue Your Potential collects through this website, why it is collected, and what rights you have over it. It is written to meet the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect and why
Enquiry form
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, and optionally your organisation, phone number and the subject of your enquiry, together with your message. This is used only to answer you. The lawful basis is legitimate interest, and where an engagement follows, the performance of a contract.
Newsletter
If you subscribe, we store your email address and the page you subscribed from. The lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
Analytics
With your permission we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful. IP addresses are anonymised and no advertising cookies are set. If you decline, no analytics cookies are stored and only aggregated, cookieless signals are recorded. You can change your choice at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer.
Who else processes your data
- Brevo (Sendinblue, France) delivers enquiry emails and newsletters. Data stays within the EU.
- Google Firebase Hosting and Cloud Functions (Google Ireland) host this site and process form submissions in the europe-west1 region.
- Google Analytics (Google Ireland) provides usage statistics, only where you have consented.
Your data is never sold, and is never shared for advertising purposes.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted.
- Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.
- Analytics: 14 months, the Google Analytics retention setting used on this property.
- Client contract records: 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email support@pyplearning.com and you will get a response within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. Form submissions are processed by a server-side function so that credentials are never exposed in the browser, and access to stored data is limited to the people who need it.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of this page will be updated. Please check back occasionally.
