Louisa Savva
Founder and Facilitator
Louisa founded Pursue Your Potential to do corporate learning the way it should have been done all along: in small groups, on real problems, with someone who stays involved after the workshop ends.
Over more than 25 years in learning and development, that has meant designing and running programmes in leadership, influencing, communication and personal effectiveness for international teams across Europe.

What Louisa works on
How Louisa works
Four things that shape every session
Practice beats theory
If people leave without having tried the thing out loud and been given feedback on it, nothing changes. Most of every session is participants doing, not listening.
Real situations only
Generic case studies let people stay comfortable. Participants bring the conversation they have been avoiding, and that is what gets worked on.
Small groups, always
Six to fourteen people. Any larger and the quieter half of the room never says a word, which is usually the half that needed it most.
The follow-up is the point
Old habits tend to creep back once the workshop is a memory. A check-in session around sixty days later, or a few coaching conversations, does more than a longer workshop would have.
Based in Hilversum, delivered across Europe
Pursue Your Potential works from Herenstraat 41 in Hilversum, and delivers in-company programmes across the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and the wider European region. Sessions run at your offices, at a venue you choose, or online.
For teams outside that region, virtual delivery works well and is scheduled around the time zones your people actually work in.
About the practice
Still unsure whether this is the right fit? Ask directly. A short call usually settles it faster than a brochure.
Ask a question- Who is Louisa Savva?
- Louisa Savva is the founder and lead facilitator of Pursue Your Potential, a corporate learning practice based in Hilversum in the Netherlands. Louisa has more than 25 years of experience designing and delivering training in leadership development, influencing, communication skills and personal effectiveness.
- Who actually delivers the training?
- Louisa designs and delivers every programme personally. There is no associate pool, which is a deliberate constraint: it limits how much work can be taken on, and it means the person you speak to in the first call is the person standing in the room.
- What sectors have you worked with?
- Programmes have been delivered to international corporate teams across a range of sectors, with a concentration in organisations that run multicultural teams from a base in the Netherlands. The content is adapted to sector language rather than assuming one context fits all.
- What languages do you deliver in?
- Sessions are delivered in English, which suits the international teams most clients are running. Materials are provided in English.
Start with a 30-minute conversation
Most engagements start with a 30-minute call: what the team is struggling with, what good would look like, and whether we are the right people to help. No pitch deck.
